1. Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures
- Issues that occur under normal, intended use
If a defect occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper setup
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Lost or stolen items
Our gear is tough, but extreme or improper use can fall outside warranty coverage.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

We may request the item be shipped back for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
4. Warranty Limitations

- Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
- West Outdoor Supply is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
