Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or new product launches.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: varies by destination (7–21 business days common)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier for your order will be selected based on the most efficient option for your address and chosen service.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
